Our Mitigation Technicians are on the front lines of restoring their communities by being first on site after disasters strike (i.e. floods, fires) and will be leading the mitigation effort to restore the property.

Our Lead Technicians have the level of expertise to lead and direct mitigation through thoughtful leadership.

Hourly pay: $22.00 to $26.00/hour based on experience and certifications

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Dedication to customer service
Fluent in English
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime on rotation
Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
Desire to continually learn new things
Water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation
